Friday Afternoon Provision

As we seek to support working families with the rising cost of living, we will be offering wrap-around care at the start and end of the school day, with a slightly earlier breakfast club entry and regular after-school provision, and free provision on a Friday afternoon.

• 🍽 Early Breakfast Club
  • Monday–Friday: 7:45 AM entry
  • Cost: 50p per session
  • Booking: Must be booked in advance via ParentPay (24 hours in advance).
  • Drop-off: All learners attending Early Breakfast Club must be accompanied to the door by a responsible adult, who will sign them in on arrival.

• 🍽 Free Breakfast Club
  • Monday–Friday entry times:
  o 8:00–8:10 AM
  o 8:25–8:35 AM
  • Please bring your child to the Breakfast Club Hall door, where they will be registered by staff.
  For free breakfast club, all children up to Year 3 must be dropped off by an adult, as with the normal school start time. We also strongly encourage learners in Years 4, 5, and 6 to be dropped off rather than arriving unaccompanied.

• Please note that no food should be brought into school for breakfast. All food provided is prepared in accordance with school and local authority guidelines.
  If your child has any dietary requirements, we kindly ask that you contact the Catering Team via Pembrokeshire county council website/ Help with school meals to ensure suitable arrangements are in place.

• For After-School Wrap-around – All bookings MUST be made and paid for via ParentPay 24hrs in advance for either of these provisions. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to take same-day bookings to ensure correct staffing levels are in place.  All learners attending after-school wrap-around provision must be collected by a responsible adult.

• For children attending wraparound provision 4pm/4.30pm without a booking in place – Parent/Carer will receive a call to collect, and you may still be charged.
  Wraparound 4pm - late collection will be charged an additional £1:50 per session. Anyone arriving later than 4:30pm will be charged an additional £5.00.
